By inviting or using the Discord bot Ryven (“the Bot”), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

2. Service description

Ryven is a Discord bot that provides logging, moderation, user profiles, music, game features and other server tools. The Bot is provided “as is” without any warranty.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the Bot in accordance with Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
• Not use the Bot for illegal, abusive or harmful purposes;
• Not attempt to bypass the Bot’s technical limitations;
• Be responsible for the Bot’s configuration on your Discord server.

4. Data and privacy

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read that policy.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the Bot available, but we do not guarantee continuous uptime. The Bot may be changed, suspended or stopped at any time, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developers of Ryven shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The last update date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bot after a change means you accept the new terms.
